Return Policy

For your convenience, items purchased on trimscene.com can be returned to our retail location or be
shipped back. A copy of the packing slip or the customer receipt must accompany all returns.

Most merchandise can be returned within 30 days in unused, like-new, 100% saleable condition and in the original manufacturer's packaging. Items that use nitrogen gas must be returned to our retail location in person.

Returns within 30 days of purchase and with a valid sales receipt will be exchanged, Refunded in cash,
credited to your account or refunded via a Trim Scene Solutions, Inc. store credit. All refunds will be made in the same form of currency used for the purchase.

If there is an error on our part related to your order, we will issue a refund for your order and any applicable shipping charges. In all other cases, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Under no circumstance does Trim Scene Solutions, Inc. reimburse (or provide credit) for return shipping costs incurred by the customer.

All damage and shortage claims should be made within 30 days of delivery. If damaged upon arrival,
you have the right to refuse the order. If the damage / defect cannot be verified via email contact, the
item may be required to return to Trim Scene Solutions, Inc. for inspection before a determination can
be made as to the state of the product.

Trim Scene Solutions, Inc. will provide a prepaid return shipping label in cases where items have
arrived in damaged condition or are confirmed by a Trim Scene Solutions, Inc. representative to be
defective.

The Return Process:

1. Contact Trim Scene Solutions, Inc. in an email to our customer support team at

refund or exchange is preferred.
2. In cases of damage or defect, provide a digital image of the damage or defect (along with a clear
description of the problem). In most cases, action (in the form of an exchange or refund) can be
taken as soon as substantiation of the claim has been provided by the customer.

3. Print and fill out the Trim Scene Solutions, Inc. Return form
4. Include a copy of the packing slip or the customer receipt and the return form in your returning
package along with your returning items.
5. Using the carrier of your choice, ship the package to:

Note, we recommend using a carrier that will provide a tracking number for the shipment.

You will be notified when your return is received at our facilities with an indication as to what action
will follow.

If you have requested a refund, be advised that returning funds usually take 7-10 days to appear in
the account used to make the purchase (depending on the processing speed of the bank that issued the
funds). If the purchase was made by personal check, Trim Scene Solutions, Inc. will issue a refund by
mail after 14 days from receipt of the returned merchandise.

If you have requested an exchange in a different size or style, an email will be sent letting you know
once the exchange has been initiated.
